Don began his experience as a successful real estate investor in 1958. He was licensed as a Realtor in 1979 and has worked in the industry continuously since then. He was the owner and acting Broker/Manager for a franchise real estate company for over 19 years. During that time, his real estate company also incorporated a mortgage company and an escrow division. He has spent many years as a real estate instructor and is a Certified Residential Appraiser. His long years of experience and deep knowledge of residential, commercial and income properties makes Don Baxter one of Oahu’s most valuable resources to real estate investors and homeowners alike.

Don received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from USC.

With 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, Pat Baxter has a wealth of experience to offer buyers and sellers alike. She began her working career in the legal field and also spent seven years as a Loan Officer with a major savings bank. Her unique legal and finance expertise, helps to facilitate and clarify the process for her clients’ real estate transactions.

Pat is a consistent multi-million dollar producer, specializing in Oahu real estate. She is experienced in real estate investing and in 1031 exchanges.

Pat has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is a proud wife, mother, grandmother and American.

Jennifer began her career in real estate soon after graduating college in 1992. She partnered up with Don in real estate sales and was the acting broker's assistant in Don and Pat's franchise real estate company.

Since then she has also become a Certified Residential Appraiser. Her skills in home valuation make her a valuable resource to her clients. Jennifer is the daughter of Don and Pat Baxter. She is also a wife and mother.
